These terms govern your use of this website and the Biz Score scanning tool, operated by Harmony Business Services ("Harmony," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.
Biz Score scans a website you provide and generates a report on its search, AI, and performance visibility. The free scan shows a summary; a paid report ($49, one-time) unlocks the full findings and can be revisited at any time using the link you're given after purchase.
You agree to only submit URLs for websites you own, manage, or otherwise have permission to have scanned. You agree not to use Biz Score to attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any website or system, including ours.
Paid reports are processed through Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. Because a report is generated and delivered immediately upon payment, purchases are generally non-refundable, but if something's genuinely gone wrong on our end, contact us and we'll make it right.
Biz Score's scores, findings, and recommendations are informational. We don't guarantee that acting on them will improve your search rankings, AI visibility, or business outcomes. Search engines and AI tools change how they work, and results depend on many factors outside our control.
Reports are generated automatically based on what a scan can detect at the time it runs. They may not catch every issue, and results can change if you rescan later after your site changes, or after a scanning tool we depend on changes its own behavior.
The Biz Score name, design, and report format belong to Harmony Business Services. The report we generate for your website is yours to use for your own business.
Biz Score is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Harmony Business Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on a report's findings.
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
