Harmony Business Services ("Harmony," "we," "us") operates this website and the Biz Score scanning tool. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you use Biz Score to scan a website, we collect:

The website URL you submit for scanning.
The scan results generated for that URL.
If you purchase a full report, your payment is processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your card number. Stripe may collect your email address to send a payment receipt.

We do not require you to create an account or set a password to use Biz Score.

How we use information

To run the scan you requested and generate your report.
To process payment for a purchased report, through Stripe.
To respond if you contact us directly.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of outside services to run Biz Score:

Stripe — payment processing for paid reports. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how it handles your payment information.
Google PageSpeed Insights — used to check the loading performance of a scanned website as part of the paid report.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies to track you across other websites. Third-party services we rely on, such as Stripe, may set their own cookies as part of processing your payment; those are governed by that service's own policy.

Data retention

Scan results tied to a purchased report are kept so that report link continues to work if you return to it later. We keep only what's needed to provide the service, and we don't retain payment card details ourselves, Stripe does.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we have connected to your email address, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the address below. We'll respond as quickly as we can.

Children's privacy

Biz Score is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
